Blast off to explore new worlds with this retro-inspired rocket launch! The background is made from a book-matched piece of walnut that naturally includes the lighter colors. The 3-dimensional steam cloud at the bottom is made from thin layers of white oak, birds-eye maple, and sycamore.
The rocket rises off the background, with it's top stabilizing fin adding depth. The body is mahogany, with purpleheart stripes and fins. Behind the ship is a plume of exhaust made out of hand-dyed maple.
