Respiré: The plant cabinet that breathes (Medium)

This plant shelf has been meticulously engineered to enhance the beauty in your home while helping your plants live their best life.

The main body of the cabinet is made from solid hardwood, available in a variety of species. Each piece of wood is deliberately chosen to showcase the inner beauty of the wood. The back panels are designed to have a continuous, book-matched grain from top-to-bottom, and the lower shelf is made from book-matched pieces as well.

The cabinet has a lot of clear spaces, including tempered glass on the top and shelves, and a large, lightweight acrylic door, all designed to allow light to pour in on your plants.

The sides of the shelf have been fitted with custom-designed, water-jet cut solid aluminum grates. Respiré is French for “breathed in”, and these panels allow airflow in and out of the cabinet, while helping to keep pets away from your plants. The grates can be made in almost any style.
